Carson Development Consultants Pty Ltd (CDC) are Land & Engineering Surveyors and Planning & Development Consultants and have been assisting thousands of satisfied clients on land, building and infrastructure projects throughout Victoria since 1988.

Our staff at CDC are qualified and highly experienced. We use modern and sophisticated survey field equipment & all terrain vehicles.


We are proficient in performing high-quality survey services and produce high-quality survey plans in digital format. Survey plan production is in Liscad and Autocad with conversion software.

We interface our data with other development professionals, including Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Solicitors, Building Designers, Specialist Planners, Council, Environmental consultants, Bushfire Management Consultants etc.


With our experience and broad range of “development know-how”, we liaise with all involved stakeholders in a project to “bring together” applications and liaise resolution to project issues. 

We are members of Consulting Surveyors Victoria, and selected staff are members of the Institution of Surveyors, Victoria – and abide by codes of practice.
CDC carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.
