Im a Building Designer and CDC are one of the best if not the best land surveyors east of the city, i have used Cliff and the team for many years now there documents are always perfect with all the information i need to get my job done properly i still have clients use of land surveyors from time to time and always thankful i have Cliff to rely on, other offices miss important info relevant to the design process, or just don't give enough spot levels or locate trees in the wrong spots, or there documentation just isn't presented as nicely as CDC's.

Also Cliff has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to development of residential sites and as always will to give his expert to advise to me which I'm always grateful for.

Your money is safe when you spend it with these guys, don't look anywhere else honestly!

I have been working with CDC for just under a year now for a residential subdivision. Initially I started with Cliff and his honesty, transparency and the thoroughness of his work blew me away. I have since been working with Belinda and I cannot recommend her more highly. She was extremely efficient, communication was always on point and she just went above and beyond. Due to council issues it was such a stressful process at times but CDC made it so effortless. They were also very reasonably priced compared to others. Cliff was very honest from the outset saying I could find someone cheaper or more expensive but that he came with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He was 100% right. Would not trust anyone else for further developments. You are in amazing hands.
